Let’s talk about those little changes that make a big difference. We all have them – those resolutions we made earlier this year that quietly nudged us towards a better version of ourselves. They’re not resolutions, they’re just… habits. These subtle shifts in mindset and behavior have made all the difference for me this year. I decided that I was going to try to wake up earlier this year, start my day with a workout, coffee, and then work out. A cute workout set laid out on the floor the night before definitely helps, but there are few other motivators that get me going!
Motivational and Inspirational Flip Calendar
To be completely honest, I really look forward to the little quotes on this calendar. Is it the highlight of my day? Maybe, but so is that first sip of coffee and that drip of sweat at the the end of the work out.

You Got This Mug
Did I mention that first sip of coffee? Definitely tastes sweeter in this cute little mug.

Bubble Vases
Faux or real I love adding fresh greenery or flowers to my space. Everytime I look at them I smile and smiling is a habit that is impossible to overlook.

Cooking Essentials
I recently switched my olive oil to this cute dispenser and know it’s like I AM Ina in the kitchen. Add this adorable salt storage box and BAM! I’ve got my own cooking show.

Set the Vibe
I have such a vivid memory of sitting at my grandmother’s dinner table and always having the candles lit. And of course more memories fighting with my sisters about who was going to use the snuffer to put them out. So I started lighting candles at dinner because I’ve heard that the ambience shifts to a more relaxed vibe, conversations linger and moments are remembered. And of course, there is the still fighting about who puts out the candles.
